Production process flow

This avoids component changes caused by high temperatures and ensures the stability of product performance.

Step 4: Crystallization and Granulation: The concentrated liquid is introduced into a crystallizer, cooled and crystallized to form anhydrous calcium chloride solid. Then, it is processed into uniform granules by precise granulation equipment. The particle size can be customized according to customer requirements to specifications such as 2-3mm and 3-5mm.

Step 5: Drying and Packaging: The particles are subjected to low-temperature drying to remove residual moisture. Then, they are screened through a screening system to ensure uniform particle size. Finally, they are packaged with double-layer sealing to effectively prevent moisture absorption and deliquesce, ensuring stable quality during transportation and storage.
