What is a mixed deicing agent?

Our Mixed Snow-melting Agent is a customized snow-melting product developed through advanced compounding technology based on the requirements of different low-temperature environments and scenarios. Deicing agents are chemicals that can lower the melting temperature of ice and snow. They are classified into solid (granular, powder) and liquid states according to their physical states. According to the composition, they can be classified into inorganic type and inorganic-organic mixed type. Among them, the environmentally friendly mixed deicing agent takes environmentally friendly chemical substances such as chlorine and magnesium chloride as the core compound components. We have abandoned the limitations of traditional single-component de-icing agents. By scientifically proportioning core components such as sodium chloride, calcium chloride, and magnesium chloride, we have achieved a triple optimization of "de-icing efficiency, environmental performance, and scene adaptability". Each product can be customized exclusively for customers.

According to customized requirements, the snow-melting temperature can cover the entire low-temperature range from -5℃ to -40℃. The snow-melting rate is over 30% higher than that of single-component products. Its corrosiveness to concrete and metals is reduced by more than 60% compared with traditional de-icing agents. The heavy metal content is ≤0.001%, which complies with the relevant global standards for environmentally friendly de-icing agents and fully meets the strict usage requirements of different scenarios.

Core ingredients: Sodium chloride (salt balls/salt grains) + magnesium chloride compound; Adapted temperature: -5℃ to -20℃ Applicable scenarios: Urban main roads, secondary roads, sidewalks, parking lots and other ordinary roads. Advantages: High cost performance, efficient snow melting, low corrosiveness to ordinary road facilities, can be quickly operated through mechanical spreading equipment, and suitable for large-scale ice removal needs in cities.

2. Special anti-corrosion mixed de-icing agent for Bridges

Core ingredients: Calcium chloride + environmentally friendly organic additives compounded; Adapted temperature: -15℃ to -30℃ Applicable scenarios: Places with dense metal components such as highway Bridges, urban overpasses, and elevated Bridges. Advantages: Ultimate corrosion resistance, reducing the corrosiveness to bridge steel bars and metal guardrails by over 70% compared to traditional products, avoiding damage to bridge structures during low-temperature snow melting. Advantages: The snow-melting efficiency remains stable at extremely low temperatures and will not decline due to excessively low temperatures. The proportion of environmentally friendly components is ≥95%, and it is easy to degrade without residue.
